The unit is durable and easy to clean with a stainless steel exterior, NSF approved clear coated aluminum liner in the interior of the cabinet and drawers have liners with stainless steel frames.
Patented forced-air design holds 33°F to 41°F product temperature in food pans and cabinet interior.
The unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and comes with 16 1/6 size food pans for easy ingredient organization.
Each drawer accommodates one 12 L x 20 W x 6 D food pan (sold separately).
Additional features include a full-length cutting board made from NSF approved white polyethylene providing a tough preparation surface, an insulated hood to keep food fresher for longer, two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, and a self-contained refrigeration system that is easy to maintain and repair.
