The prep table also features a convenient cutting board and (1) adjustable, heavy-duty PE-coated wire shelf.
The Turbo Air MST-28-12-N M3 Series Mega Top One-Door Sandwich Prep Table harnesses the power of an innovative forced air system to let cold air circulate all around the table’s 12 pans, keeping your ingredients cool and fresh. CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps maintain those cold temperatures even further. Digital temperature controls allow you to monitor the temps, while interior LED lighting provides visibility into the table’s contents. The entire sandwich prep table also has a self-cleaning condenser that minimizes the risk of condenser malfunction by automatically brushing it daily.
