The stainless steel exterior ensures durability, and the top rail accommodates (8) 1/6 size food pans with a 9 1/2″ deep cutting board. The forced air system maintains consistent cooling for the food pans and the cabinet, thanks to the 1/5 hp refrigeration system running on R-290 refrigerant.
The two insulated cabinets provide extra cold storage, each with a stainless steel shelf and LED interior lighting. Turbo Air’s self-cleaning condenser and (4) swivel casters make maintenance a breeze. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
