Description
The Univex SRM80+ Professional Stand Mixer is suitable for preparing large batches in a limited amount of time in bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The Professional Mixer comes with four (4) preset speeds and speed transmission to operate it at a desired speed or any speed in-between. This floor mixer comes with 80 qt stainless steel mixing bowl protected by interlock and SwingRing safety guards that open up for easy access to the bowl. These dishwasher safe guards have to be attached and closed to operate the mixer and can be removed easily for cleaning. There is a bowl scraper to remove any food stuck on the bowl at the time of mixing. The mixer comes with a dough hook for uniform mixing. The mixer also has a wire whip that integrates air inside light food items.
Univex Professional Mixer is made from epoxy/polyester powder coating, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. It includes a #12 attachment hub to accommodate shredder, chopper, or slicer for added functions. It comes with start and stop buttons and a magnetic starter for user-friendly operations. The 15-minute timer allows the user to focus on other tasks while the batter is getting mixed. This mixer uses a single-phase 3 HP motor for efficient performance. It is available in 208V and 240V, single-phase and three-phase electrical connection to operate.
