Description
The Vulcan VCW26 is a 26-gal capacity first-in, first-out chip warmer designed for holding and warming large amounts of fresh nacho and tortilla chips. It is most commonly used in high-volume venues like taco restaurant, concession stand, snack bar, or stadium.
This convenient top-loading chip warmer utilizes a first-in, first-out system to help keep chips fresh. Simply load chips through the top doors and then scoop them out through the front door, so the guests always get the freshest food. When opened, the bottom door creates a shelf that allows user to scoop out chips easily. The sloping front design ensure secure and easy open and close operation. The wide opening at the top aids in easy loading of the chips. The sliding top has a magnetic door latch with 90° stopping mechanism.
Located on the rear of this chip warmer is a thermostat that is adjustable from 90°F to 190°F while an interior fan circulates air through the inside of the cabinet for quick and even heating. The removable heating module (with fan) allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. The unit has an internal baffle that minimizes chip breakage. It features a simple, illuminated on/off switch for easy operation.
The Vulcan chip warmer is constructed from durable 20-gauge stainless steel that is easy to clean and can withstand years of use in a commercial setting without any issue. The high-density insulation retains hot air when the doors are opened. All the components of the unit (top doors, front panel, and bottom baffle) are removable for easy cleaning.
