Available in round, square, and octagonal shapes, the ceramic cooking chamber features a 13-inch opening and is housed within an insulated stainless steel cabinet. Topped with an attractive and durable quartz composite resembling black granite, the Tandoor adds elegance to any kitchen setting.
Equipped with heavy-duty casters for mobility, the unit includes essential accessories such as a Naan Hook, Naan Scraper, and Skewers, enhancing versatility and convenience in your culinary endeavors. The gas burner, featuring a pilot safety valve and Piezo-Electric ignition system, offers precise control over heat output, adjustable via the Flame Height Control Knob located conveniently on the unit’s top.
For efficient heat-up, a lightweight ventilated lid is provided, along with a Skewer Indexing Ring for optimal skewer positioning. A removable drip/debris pan ensures effortless maintenance and cleanliness.
Customize your Tandoor to burn Natural Gas or Propane, with restraint anchors for a flexible gas supply line restraining cable located beneath the unit. Optionally, order the caster riser assembly to increase the Tandoor’s height to 36 inches for easy installation into a cooking suite.

VENTING INFORMATION
The Tandoor 35″ must be vented with a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood, or one constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes. The oven must be vented in accordance with all relevant local and national codes, and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
